Look at these poses, they are all modelled on famous sports people. I used a pre-made rig that was downloaded from the interweb. I didn't have too much trouble but there were a couple of points when I couldn't do what I wanted to, twisting of knees was one and I couldn't quite manipulate the fingers the way I wanted.
