I was set a project to do during the Christmas break which was to animate a 3D character to this 10 second audio clip:

The character I'm animating is a pre-made rig downloaded from the internet. I began by filming myself acting out the scene, I then took my video into Final Cut Pro and exported still frames of each of the most important poses. Once I had chosen my poses I timed them out on a dope sheet.
I then made my first pass by creating only the poses that I chose to replicate timed out as per my dope sheet. This is the first pass:
