This is a bloke picking up a little box. Like most of my other animations I filmed myself do the action then dope sheeted it out. I did it at the same time as the pushing the box film. Here is the rough dope sheet I used for them both. The numbers on the left match the image no of certain still frames from my live action test. The numbers on the right are the frame they are at.
